EXTENDED Basic

The EXTENDED Basics is designed for all athletes who want to take it up a notch. Our Basic program offers a sophisticated periodization that prepares you for the CrossFit Open and the competition season in the summer. With three different difficulty levels; Regular, Intermediate, and RX, the Basic program caters to athletes at various skill levels. Join now and elevate your performance to new heights!

EXTENDED Individual

If you have specific goals, need to train around an injury or don't have access to a "normal" Crossfit gym, then this program might be the perfect fit for you. We will design a program which suits your current needs and is tailored to your personal abilities and possibilities. 

Your program always with you 

To make it easier for you to track your performance and to always have your program available we work with the app Fitr.
