EXTENDED Basic

The EXTENDED Basics is designed for all athletes who want to take it up a notch. Our Basic program offers a sophisticated periodization that prepares you for the CrossFit Open and the competition season in the summer. With three different difficulty levels; Regular, Intermediate, and RX, the Basic program caters to athletes at various skill levels. Join now and elevate your performance to new heights!

EXTENDED Basic keypoints:

  • 5 Sessions per week, 2 full rest days

  • 1 Session takes around 90 Minutes

  • Science based programming 

  • Contains strength, endurance and skills

  • Education lessons (so that you understand why we program the way we do)
